Refund and Cancellation policy
1. Refund/Exchange Eligibility:
- Refunds or exchanges are offered within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have their original packaging.
- Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement after inspection.
2. Exemptions:
- Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These will be identified at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellations:
- Cancellation requests are considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be canceled, but you may reject them at the doorstep.
4. Returns and Refunds:
- Report damaged or defective items to customer service within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns due to mismatched dimensions will not be accepted, if dimensions are clearly mentioned on the product page.

5. Manufacturer Warranty:

Complaints regarding items with a manufacturer warranty must be referred
to the manufacturer.
6. Refund Processing:
- Refunds Approved by Crossborder Gallery will be processed within 2 days.
For any returns or exchanges, the product will be inspected, and you will be notified of approval or rejection.
