Refund and Cancellation policy

1.  Refund/Exchange Eligibility:

  • Refunds or exchanges are offered within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have their original packaging.
  • Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement after inspection.

2.  Exemptions:

  • Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These will be identified at the time of purchase.

3.  Cancellations:    

  • Cancellation requests are considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be canceled, but you may reject them at the doorstep.

 4.  Returns and Refunds:

  • Report damaged or defective items to customer service within 7 days of      receipt.
  • Returns due to mismatched dimensions will not be accepted, if dimensions are clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Items not meeting expectations(Except Dimensions) should be reported within 7 days.

5.  Manufacturer Warranty:

  • Complaints regarding items with a manufacturer warranty must be referred 
    to the manufacturer.

6.  Refund Processing:

  • Refunds Approved by Crossborder Gallery will be processed within 2 days.

For any returns or exchanges, the product will be inspected, and you will be notified of approval or rejection.
